Fishing and swimming are now allowed at a section of Lake Quinsigamond that was closed due to an elevated level of E. coli bacteria, the City of Worcester announced Tuesday afternoon.
Activities in the area near Whitla Drive in Worcester were restricted following a sewer overflow on the morning of July 24.
