CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – The Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles is reminding residents that they have two more weeks to apply for the 2026 Annual Low Number Plate Lottery.
The RMV is offering 237 low-number license plates in this year’s drawing. More than 12,000 residents have already entered the lottery, which is open to any state resident with an active passenger vehicle registration.
Applications are being accepted through the myRMV Online Service Center, and there is no fee to enter the drawing. Available numbers and combinations include 318, 7575, 8J, 66K, V3, and L99. These plates are the standard white Massachusetts passenger design…
