A man was arrested early Thursday morning in connection with an incident hours earlier where he stabbed another man in the thigh, then fled to a Leominster apartment complex, police said.
Leominster police went to Monarch Street around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday for a report of two men chasing a woman.
Arriving officers determined the men were in an argument that “stemmed from days earlier” and one of the men was stabbed in the thigh, police wrote in a statement. The man who was stabbed was taken to UMass Memorial Hospital in Worcester. He is expected to survive his injuries…
