Eight years after a merger between Charter TV 3 and Spectrum drove the Worcester talk show “City Vibes Metro” off the air, host Christina Andrianopoulos is once again onscreen opposite local artists, businesspeople and creatives — but this time, on YouTube, social media and any other platform where you can find podcasts.
