If we look at the country as a whole, the northern areas are going to be seeing warmer than average temperatures. What does that mean for New England? We will also be looking at warmer than average temperatures for February than we are used to seeing. This could potentially mean western Massachusetts will see less snow, and more rain if we so those warmer temperatures.
