In a significant operation executed by Worcester Police officers from the Operations division on February 9th, 2024, a major drug bust resulted in the arrest of a 21-year-old individual and the seizure of a substantial quantity of illicit substances.
At approximately 2:22 PM, officers executed a search warrant targeting an apartment on King Street. The primary suspect, identified as Kavin Aldino, was apprehended on the premises while law enforcement conducted a thorough search of the residence.
During the search, officers uncovered a considerable amount of suspected narcotics, including what appeared to be fentanyl, powder cocaine, crack cocaine, and various pills. The substances were found packaged in a manner consistent with distribution, indicating potential involvement in illicit drug trafficking operations.
Mr. Aldino was promptly placed under arrest following the discovery of the illicit substances. He now faces multiple charges, including Trafficking in Fentanyl over 10 Grams, Possession of a Class A Substance with Intent to Distribute, Trafficking in a Class B Substance 36-99 Grams, and Possession of a Class D Substance with Intent to Distribute.
