CityLine: Honoring Black lives through art

WORCESTER, Mass. – Worcester’s historicMechanics Hall is installing new portraits to their collection that tell a more complete history of the role that African Americans played in the city. Mechanics Hall Executive Director Kathleen Gagne explains the Portraits Project, and Carol Goldsberry Tucker tells us why the larger-than-life portrait of her ancestors now hanging in the hall fills in a chapter of black life in Worcester.
