WEBSTER – A Millbury man faces multiple charges after leading police on a high-speed chase that ended in two crashes early Tuesday morning. Joshua Perry, 43, of Main Street, Millbury, was arrested following a pursuit that began around 1 a.m. when Officer Stephens observed a Ford Mustang with West Virginia plates traveling 50 mph in a 25 mph zone on Lake Street.
