BOSTON, MA.- On Wednesday, October 2, 2024, Jose Luis Lopez Genao, 32, of Bronx, New York, appeared in U.S. District Court for the District Court of Massachusetts and was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Mark G. Mastroianni to 30 months in federal prison, followed by four years of supervised release for his previously guilty plea for transporting fentanyl into Massachusetts for distribution.
