Someone bought a lottery ticket from a Shell gas station in Massachusetts and ended up winning a $1 million prize. The $1 million prize was from the “777″ scratch ticket game, which costs $10 per ticket to play. There’s still one $1 million prize and one $4 million grand prize remaining to be claimed as of Oct. 8.
