Three state lawmakers said they are planning to file a bill that would prohibit the sale of tobacco or nicotine products to anyone born after a specific date. The Nicotine Free Generation Bill would replace the state’s current law that prohibits the sale of nicotine or tobacco to anyone under the age of 21.
