Sandy Paws Rescue Inc., a foster-based rescue organization in Massachusetts, has recently introduced a tiny dog named Pascal who is searching for his forever home. Originally found as a stray in the south, Sandy Paws Rescue ensures that Pascal is now “safe and ready to start his journey to a forever home”.
