The rumors of favoritism toward the eastern part of the state from the Massachusetts State Lottery may finally be laid to rest. Out of all Bay State lottery retailers over the past year, there were three stores that sold multiple winning tickets worth $1 million or more – and two of those stores were located in Western Massachusetts.
