A Massachusetts roofer has agreed to plead guilty to hiding $1.6 million in income from the Internal Revenue Service, the U.S. Attorney said.
Jake Miller, 42, of Worcester, has agreed to plead guilty to one count of tax evasion, Acting U.S. Attorney Josh Levy said in a statement. A plea hearing has not yet been scheduled by the Court.
