WORCESTER ― A Worcester business and its owner have been indicted for alleged insurance fraud, according to the office of Massachusetts Attorney General Andrea Campbell.
Central Lab Partners LLC, at 124 West Boylston St., and its owner, Cynthia Norton of West Boylston, allegedly participated in a kickback scheme.
