A top Quincy official arrested on drunken driving charge. What we know

QUINCY ‒ The city’s Commissioner of Public Health, Marli Caslli , was arrested over the weekend and charged with operating his vehicle under the influence of alcohol, according to court records.

Caslli, 29, of Abington, was travelling 100 miles per hour on Route 3 South in Weymouth at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 16, when a state trooper pulled him over, according to the police report.

He was arraigned the following day in Quincy District Court, where he pleaded not guilty and was released on personal recognizance…
