SPENCER — Passersby may miss Kosta’s Cafe, which occupies the first floor of a three-decker on Pleasant Street, if it weren’t for the big sign declaring “Breakfast & Lunch” and “Dine in or Take Out.”
Diners certainly won’t miss the friendly greetings from busy waitresses and the homey look of the place, with wood paneling and linen-covered tables.
