A new $50 lottery ticket will be released in May by the Massachusetts State Lottery, with a top grand prize of $25 million.
The new scratch ticket game, which will be sold at lottery retailers starting May 13, is the Massachusetts Lottery’s third installment of a $50 ticket since its highly-successful “Billion Dollar Extravaganza” game released in 2023.
The game is called “$25,000,000 Mega Money” and will feature three grand prizes worth $25 million. It will also feature four $2 million prizes and a dozen $1 million prizes, according to the Lottery.
Besides the massive top prize, the game has the “best odds of winning $50,000″ on any of the Lottery’s three $50 scratch ticket games, according to the lottery. There will be 25.2 million total tickets in circulation…
