These Storms Could Pummel Maine, New Hampshire, & Massachusetts This Summer

Even though the New England coastline does occasionally see a hurricane or tropical storm, they are fairly rare.

That being said, we have had to deal with several significant storms over the last few years. For example, in 2023, we had two significant storms create nastiness along our coast. And, in 2012, Super Storm Sandy smashed into the coast and caused significant flooding in many inland parts of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine.

Given what we have seen over the last few years, there is a good chance that we could see at least one tropical storm or hurricane headed our way in the next six months…
