Newly passed reconciliation bill raising healthcare concerns in Massachusetts

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) – Concerns are now arising, after a new bill passed last month by the House of Representatives is said to potentially impact millions of Americans enrolled in health insurance marketplaces, including right here in Massachusetts.

The recently passed reconciliation bill, combined with the impending expiration of federal tax credits happening at the end of the year, are likely to increase the uninsured rate and increase costs in communities not just here in Massachusetts, but across the country.
