CONCORD, NH.- A 39-year-old Dominican Republic national, illegally residing in Dorchester, Massachusetts, is facing up to 20 years in federal prison, after being taken into custody and charged in connection with allegedly distributing quantities of crack cocaine and fentanyl throughout the Manchester, New Hampshire, area.

According to Acting U.S. Attorney Jay McCormack, on Monday, June 30, 2025, Daris Rafael Melo Vittini, 39, a Dominican national, illegally residing in Manchester, New Hampshire, was taken into custody and charged by federal criminal complaint with one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute Controlled Substance, Crack Cocaine, and Fentanyl…
