She was found wedged in a fence and no one knows exactly how long she was there – it could have been days. She tries to walk but collapses when she does. We are working on stabilizing her.
In the meantime, we have others in the area keeping an eye out for her babies. After 24 hours without mom – hungry babies will often start to wonder outside the den looking for her…
