CHICOPEE, Mass. (WWLP) – Since 1983, the U.S. Marshals Service has prioritized most wanted fugitives, and 11 are wanted in Massachusetts.

David Narvaez-Figueroa (60) has been wanted since 2009 for jumping bail on a narcotics case.

Douglas Anderson

Douglas Anderson (50) has been wanted since 2008 and has a long history of fraud.

Francisco Mejia Ruiz

Francisco Mejia Ruiz (80) is wanted for narcotics distribution.

George Berrios

George Berrios (46) is wanted for failing to appear in a fraud case.

Javier Gonzalez-Marcano

Javier Gonzalez-Marcano (46) has been wanted since 2017 for a narcotics indictment. His last known address was in Lawrence, and he is originally from the Dominican Republic.

Jedediah Brettschneider

Jedediah Brettschneider (49) is wanted for failing to appear on a fraud case from 2014.

John George Pine

John George Pine (47) is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender in Florida and Massachusetts.

Lester Martinez

Lester Martinez (42) is wanted for a narcotics indictment in 2016. His last known address was in East Boston, and he is originally from Guatemala.

Luis Baez-Pena

Luis Baez-Pena (42) has been wanted in Newton since 2023 for rape. He is from the Dominican Republic and is also wanted in federal court in Boston for illegal re-entry.

Luis Soto

Considered Armed and Dangerous

Luis Soto (35) has been wanted in Brockton since 2023 for homicide after allegedly entering a store armed with a handgun and firing a total of 16 shots. ($5,000 reward)

Rafael Ferrand-Rodriguez

Rafael Ferrand-Rodriguez (67) has been wanted since 2010 for jumping bail in federal court in Boston. He is also being sought for felonious threats against a Federal Agent. ($25,000 reward)
