Calling on residents to raise the alarm on sewer issue

WORCESTER, Mass. – A Worcester city councilor responding to Spectrum News regarding a judgement which now leaves the city on the hook for nearly $30-million owed to nearby Holden.

“I respect Holden’s interest to look out for the interest in their sewer users,” George Russell said. “But the reality is, is this is going to be a major strain on the people in the city of Worcester.”
