A Massachusetts man has some cool plans after hitting big money on a State Lottery scratch ticket.
According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Joseph Dion of Lowell is the first $1 million prize winner in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s new “$10,000,000 Instant Millions” $20 instant ticket game that went on sale Tuesday, August 12.
Dion chose the cash option on his prize and received a one-time payment of $650,000 (before taxes). He said he plans on purchasing a Harley-Davidson motorcycle as well as a house with the winnings…
