BOSTON (WWLP) – A Mexican national residing unlawfully in Hudson was sentenced to six months in prison for illegally reentering the United States after deportation.
The Department of Justice states that on March 6, immigration authorities lodged a detainer against 34-year-old Fredi Rios-Nolasco after he was arrested by the Hudson Police Department. He was charged in the Marlborough District Court for trafficking 200 grams or more of cocaine.
Rios-Nolasaco was sentenced in federal court in Boston. He pleaded guilty to one count of unlawful reentry of a deported alien in June 2025, following his indictment by a federal grand jury in April 2025…
