A winning $15 million lottery ticket was sold in Massachusetts and claimed on Tuesday, one of the second-largest prizes claimed in the state so far this year.
The $15 million prize was from “$15,000,000 Colossal Millions,” a $30 scratch ticket game released in April. This is the first $15 million grand prize to be claimed in the game as of Sept. 24, leaving two remaining.
