WORCESTER — A 28-year-old man and a woman were arrested this morning after Worcester Police Vice Squad detectives allegedly observed a drug transaction on King Street involving crack cocaine and fentanyl.
According to a statement from the Worcester Police Department, detectives were in the area around 8:30 a.m. on Friday, September 26, 2025, when they saw a male and female approach another man and engage in what appeared to be a drug deal. Detectives stopped the pair and found crack cocaine on the woman. She was charged with possession of a Class B substance.
Detectives then stopped the suspected dealer, later identified as 28-year-old Kevon Simpson. Police say they found 20.4 grams of fentanyl and 7 grams of crack cocaine in his possession…
