A Worcester man has been indicted on charges including murder in the shooting death of his brother, who was found fatally shot on a city sidewalk in June, the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office said Wednesday.
Last week, a Worcester County grand jury charged 36-year-old Michael Wilcox, Jr., with murder, assault and battery and four firearms charges in connection with the death of 46-year-old Worcester resident Shaun Tatum, the district attorney’s office said in a press release.
On June 18, Worcester police responded to Beacon Street and quickly found Tatum lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound, the district attorney’s office said. First responders immediately provided medical aid and took him to a nearby hospital, but he was declared dead the next day…
