AN airplane has crashed on a busy interstate in Massachusetts, erupting in a fireball as a brutal storm rips through the East Coast.
The small aircraft crashed on the median on Interstate-195 in Dartmouth on Monday morning, shutting down traffic on all lanes during the morning rush hour.
Massachusetts State Police said the plane went down at around 8:15 am as it was trying to land at New Bedford Regional Airport.
