Meet CeCe, a playful girl who is searching for her forever home after being rescued from the streets. Great Dog Rescue New England (GDRNE), a dedicated foster-based dog rescue in Massachusetts, has highlighted CeCe, a 3-and-a-half-year-old mix girl who came into their care close to a year ago.
