Mass. man wins $25K a year for life playing lotto — but chooses lump sum payout

A man from Massachusetts won $25,000 a year for life — but chose to receive his prize all at once.

George Stoll, of Whitman, won the prize from the “Lucky for Life” drawing held on Oct. 17.
