Major national bank, TD Bank, is closing 51 branches nationwide, including six in Massachusetts, as the company shifts to a more digital-centric retail model.
According to the Boston Business Journal, the closures are part of a broader plan to relocate 10% of the company’s locations.
These upcoming closures will affect 12 East Coast states and Washington D.C., such as six in Massachusetts, seven in New York, six in Florida, six in Pennsylvania, four in South Carolina four in Virginia, three in Connecticut, three in Maine, two in New Hampshire and one in Maryland, North Carolina and D.C…
