RICHLAND, N.Y. — A 77-year-old hunter from Massachusetts was found safe after getting lost in the woods of a neighboring county.
New York State Police said they responded to St. Rt. 3 in Otsego County, near Kelly Road in Richland on Nov. 5 at around 4:35 p.m. after the man reported being lost with a low cellphone battery.
