He was exposed to crime as a toddler and killed 2 people by 16 — now he’s getting out of prison

A Massachusetts man is being released from prison after being granted parole last month. But the grandson of the woman killed still doesn’t believe the man’s story.

William Shipps, Jr. said he had planned to punch the two people inside the home he was robbing when he was 16 if they had any issues, not shoot them.

“And yet he brought a gun and used it. I find the fact that he struggled with my grandmother, who was about 110 pounds, with a heart condition and wasn’t able to overpower her in about two seconds, extremely hard to believe,” he said…
