Worcester Police Arrest Man Suspected of Major Cocaine and Fentanyl Trafficking After Extensive Investigation

In a detailed operation by the Worcester Police Department, a man has been arrested on charges of cocaine and fentanyl trafficking in what appears to be a significant crackdown on drug distribution within the city. The department’s Vice Squad, having conducted an extensive investigation, apprehended 46-year-old Antonio Brown, identified as a pivotal figure in the local drug trade.

According to a social media post by the Worcester Police Department, detectives executed search warrants on November 18, 2025, targeting two vehicles connected to Brown. The Vice Squad had developed information indicating that Brown was involved in trafficking large quantities of cocaine into Worcester, substance abuse having long been a scourge on the community’s health and safety. A prior incident had already put Brown in the law’s crosshairs with active warrants for trafficking over 200 grams of cocaine.

When the Worcester Vice and Gang Detectives made their move on Ekman Street, they nabbed Brown as he entered one of the said vehicles. A subsequent search led to the seizure of an estimated 2 kilos of crack and powder cocaine, totaling approximately 2,000 grams, along with around 30 grams of fentanyl — a potent and often deadly opioid…
