MILLBURY – Police Chief Brian S. Lewos praised the temporary exit that recently opened at The Shops at Blackstone Valley, although he said that some kinks still exist.
The new exit at the outdoor shopping center, available on an as-needed basis, is the left of Dick’s Sporting Goods. It sends departing customers past Shaw Elementary School and onto Elmwood Street, which connects to Route 146.
