On December 4, 2025, Worcester Police officers from the Neighborhood Response Team observed what appeared to be a drug transaction on Millbury Street. Officers intervened and issued a summons to the buyer for possession of a Class B substance.
Duamel Ocasio, 54, of Worcester, was arrested at the scene. Police say they found a substance suspected to be crack cocaine in his vehicle. Ocasio was charged with distribution and possession of a Class B substance. Three passengers in the vehicle were released…
