SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – The Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission approved new regulations for social cannabis use on Dec. 18, marking the first such approval in New England.
These regulations will permit cannabis consumption in cafés, lounges, and yoga studios.
The new regulations, which were unanimously approved, outline a framework for cannabis consumption spaces. There will be three types of licenses available, allowing dispensaries to expand their offerings.
