BURRILLVILLE, R.I. (WPRI) — The owner of “The Conjuring” house has already signed the deed over to “Ghost Hunters” star Jason Hawes, Target 12 has learned.
Court documents filed earlier this week include a copy of the deed, which Jacqueline Nuñez signed on Oct. 9.
Nuñez, on behalf of Bale Fire LLC, and Hawes also signed a purchase and sale agreement that same week, which names Hawes as the buyer, according to court documents.

This comes after Nuñez’s older sister, Elizabeth Greenhalgh, filed a lawsuit against Hawes and his associates, arguing that Nuñez wasn’t mentally competent when she handed over the rights to sell the famous farmhouse for at least $1.3 million…
