SUNBURY—A Northumberland County judge has dismissed several of the charges against two Massachusetts residents accused of releasing nearly 700 caged minks from a Northumberland County fur farm in October 2024.
The charges Judge Paige Rosini dismissed Monday against Christopher Jacob Legere, who goes by Celeste, and Cara Ashley Mitrano include an ecoterrorism count that alleged intimidation of a person lawfully participating in an activity involving animals.
