For the 4th time, New Hampshire has landed on top on a list of the healthiest states in America. I wonder if it’s something in the water or does it have to do with our state motto?
According to nhjournal.com, the study analyzed 99 measures of wellness including decrease in physical inactivity and a significant drop in cigarette smoking.
