STURBRIDGE, MA (WGGB/WSHM) – A person is fighting for their life after a crash in Sturbridge Thursday afternoon. Fire crews responded to 530 Main Street, near Turner Field around 2:45 p.m., one person was trapped in their car.
It took several minutes of work, using rescue tools, to pry the person out, who was then rushed to the hospital seriously injured.
Meantime, crews began performing life-saving measures on the other person involved until a medical helicopter arrived to bring them to UMass Medical Center…
