WORCESTER – The Worcester Police Department is investigating what caused a window to shatter on a plow truck that was removing snow from city streets early in the morning Thursday, Jan. 22.
Shortly before 2 a.m., police responded to the area of 5 Sterling St. for a report of a plow truck with a shattered passenger window.
