WORCESTER – Albert F. Carabba, the man indicted in September in the disappearance of his ex-girlfriend in Worcester 16 years ago, was arraigned Wednesday, Jan. 28, in Worcester Superior Court on a sole charge of murder.
Patricia Santos was 36 when she disappeared May 19, 2009. She was never found.
