The mayor strongly condemned the recent killing of Alex Pretti by federal agents in Minneapolis, “It’s so disheartening to watch… to see a young person who’s on the ground shot, like I said, murdered and I haven’t changed my mind on that. There was no excuse for that.” He contrasted it with the training and community-focused approach of the Worcester Police.
