An East Boston man said he already has some big ideas of how he will spend the $1 million jackpot he won in the Massachusetts State Lottery.
Johan Lopera Bustamante won the seven-figure payday playing the “$1,000,000 Big Money,” a $5 scratch-off ticket. Only two of the game’s grand prizes remain in circulation.
Lopera Bustamante chose to take the lump sum payment of $650,000 (before taxes). He’s eyeing a new car and a home, and plans to invest whatever is left over, he told lottery officials…
