A storm passing offshore of southern New England on Sunday will bring some accumulating snow, strong winds, and coastal flooding to the eastern part of the state, especially on Cape Cod and the Islands.
Western Massachusetts and the interior parts will see frigid temperatures and with dangerous wind chills plunging to minus 5 to minus 10 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.
