There are new revelations in the review of a failed Massachusetts Department of Transportation highway service plaza deal worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
Inspector General Jeffrey Shapiro testified on Tuesday that his office will send MassDOT a formal letter to outline its findings on the conflict of interest allegations that led to a rival bidder filing a lawsuit and the winning bidder dropping the deal.
