Ashby man accused of picking fights, kicking cars arrested at Leominster motel

LEOMINSTER — On Tuesday, January 6, 2026, Officers Nicholas Rice and Christian Edge of the Leominster Police Department were dispatched to the Motel 6 located at 48 Commercial Road following a report of a disturbance in the parking lot.

“Dispatch advised units that a male party with a hoodie and rips in his jeans was kicking cars in the parking lot,” Officer Rice said. “They also advised units that one male party, who was intoxicated, left in a vehicle. Upon arrival I spoke with the caller, Ralba [last name redacted]. She stated that the male party was picking fights with other guests, kicking other people’s cars and was currently in Room 217. The male party in question, later identified as Damon Wuth, came down and started to walk to his truck. Ralba pointed him out.”…
